Bookkeeper / Office Administrator
Rossmore Vet Centre is a small business of 35 employees located in Rossmore.
We require a Bookkeeper /Office administrator to join our team on a full time bases however, flexiable working hours are negotiable.
To assist in the day to day running of the business, you will need a minimum of three years recent MYOB experience, be proficient with Excel spreadsheets and Outlook, and willing to learn other in house software applications.
Your role will include but not limited to;
- Bookkeeping – accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash handling, bank deposits. reconciliations.
- Payroll / Superannuation / IAS
- Intermediate skills in Outlook, Excel and other Microsoft software
- Workers compensation claims
- Monthly reports
- General administration duties
- Customer liaison
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- MYOB proficiency
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to navigate / problem solve through any issues
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated and work independently
- Adhere to strict confidentiality
