Our client is looking to add an experienced Administrative/Date Entry professional to their growing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise and enhance your skillset and knowledge working alongside the HR team within an interesting organisation .
Reporting to the HR Manager, some of your duties will include:
- Administrative tasks including rostering.
- Data Entry and data checking.
- Liaising with members of the organisation to confirm shifts and rosters.
- Ad hoc admin assistance wherever needed.
To be a successful candidate you must have:
- You will have experience in administration, rostering and/or data entry.
- You will have experience using Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate Excel level
- You will have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- You will use your initiative in all aspects of your work
