With a focus on Customer Service and quality, this well-established, Award winning Strata & Facilities Manager provides a wide range of services for their expanding portfolio. As a service provider for Financial management, repairs & maintenance and Administration support they require a professional All-Rounder to support the office undertaking a variety of duties including;
 

ACCOUNTS 
 Assist with entering invoices & sundry requests for payment
 Assist with Quarterly BAS preparation
 Assist with Annual Income Tax preparation
 Assist with month end accounting processes & reconciliation
 Assist with rectification of accounting issues
 

ADMINISTRATION – Assisting with day to day portfolio management including
 Back up Reception duties including taking calls and walk in enquiries
 Liaising with owners via phone & email
 Assist with audit document preparation 
 Organising repairs & maintenance as required
 Data entry, Typing minutes, letters & agendas
 Assisting with insurance claims & Annual Fire Safety Statements 
 Maintaining and developing systems, processes and procedures 
 Photocopying, printing, collating, scanning etc
 Handling mailouts and incoming mail
 

As an essential requirement for the role, you will have your Certificate of Registration or a willingness to obtain one and you will need;
 Understanding of accounting basics 
 Great customer service skills
 Excellent English fluency 
 Strong attention to detail
 Great organisational skills
 Ability to multi-task 
 Strong Microsoft office skills.
 A solution oriented mindset. 
 Assist with the day to day management of a strata portfolio
