Our approach is person-centered, and we are a “lifestyle-focused” care organization. We service all metropolitan Melbourne and have support workers located across all suburbs who comes from a variety of different qualifications, backgrounds and cover around 23 languages.


· Seek to fill shift-slots at various locations by allocating appropriate disability support workers to clients, abiding by their requests.

· Promptly respond to client/staff enquiries or requests by telephone and/ or email

· Effectively maintaining records on the roster system

· Obtain instructions from Co-ordinators and Client Service Officers of client’s requirements.

· Establish trust and build rapport with clients and staff

· Confirm availabilities of staff members and manage calls from both clients and staff

· Maintain effective communication with all team members

· Contact clients – maintain communication between clients and support workers

Your contribution

  • Minimum experience of 1 year as an Allocation officer/ Staff coordinator working with Disability support worker staff
  • Knowledge of NDIS is mandatory
  • Flexibility in hours are preferred
  • Superior customer service skills
  • High work ethic and a self-starter
  • Ability to create and maintain interpersonal relationships with staff members and clients
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident, resourceful, and positive approach
  • Demonstrated effective time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • A practical approach to problem solving, troubleshooting and decision making
