About the Company
Our client is a longstanding and reputable organisation within the health care industry that is experiencing rapid growth. They are looking to recruit an Account Manager to lead this fresh and committed accounts team. The profit-for-purpose business model gives back to the community with provision of various health services and profits funding medical research projects.
About the Role
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient debt collection and account management activities for the business as well as providing ongoing support to the accounts team.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify potential growth opportunities with new and existing clients
- Ensure monthly collections are in line with budgets
- Working with clients with revenue, billing, and collections
- Manage day to day operations within the team to ensure quality and compliance
- Team management, coaching and mentoring, upskilling and probation reviews
- Driving staff productivity, KPI’s and ensuring team productivity
Skills & Experience
- Certificate 3 in Mercantile Agents
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the management of teams
- Have a proven track record in delivering improved performance
- Experience within collections and credit management as well as health care industry experience highly advantageous
- You will have commercial acumen and be business minded
- Excellent and communication skills
- Intermediate skills within MS Excel
