We are looking for a part-time, enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our front office team.

Your primary role will be the management of incoming enquiries via phone lines and walk-in clients, alongside general office maintenance, archiving and document control. However, this position will expand over the basics of residential sales and property management, commercial sales and property management, and all-round marketing.

The part-time hours we would like to offer start from 3 days a week.


  • First on incoming phone calls and walk-in clients.
  • Enquiry filtering and digital archiving, for both online enquiries and walk-in enquiries.
  • Front-of-office duties.
  • Supporting the Sales Administrator, Commercial Assistant and Marketing Coordinator’s workload.
  • Providing assistance during campaigns and fundraisers that are held throughout the year.


  • High computer proficiency; experience in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) is a necessity.
  • Current driver’s license is a must.
  • Previous experience in the same or a similar customer service position is highly regarded.
  • Fantastic phone manner and the ability to remain calm and collected when managing multiple lines.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the capability to adapt to a wide range of clientele.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Being able to take initiative and problem-solve whenever an issue arises.
  • Ability to work autonomously, but also be team-orientated.
