The Company 

An Australian market leader within the construction industry is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team.

The Role 

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Assist Project Managers and Site Supervisors with daily administration
  • Liaise with contract customers and subcontractors 
  • Liaise and consult with Project managers to ensure cooperation with the commercial and project teams including hosting commercial meetings on a regular basis 
  • Ensure budgets are entered and managed correctly from the beginning allowing the planning team to get ahead of cost planning for project commencement
  • Other administration duties as required 
The Successful Candidate
  • Proven experience within a Contracts Administration capacity at least 2 years 
  • Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience within the construction industry 
  • Must be a switched on person with the ability to multi task
