This role is office based and could be in either Brisbane, the Gold Coast or Cairns. With additional benefits such as: Flexible working, Profit Share, Annual Leave Loading, Birthday Leave and more.

This role will offer;

  • You will be working with multiple divisions in the project space and will support document and data control and formatting documentation as required – assisting with project finance reports and communicating with Project Managers will be a regular task.
  • You will work as the team representative for the Safety System (Bespoke system and so full training will be provided).
  • You may be following up with sub-contractors re: timesheet deadlines.
  • You may organise internal events and assist with internal projects as required
  • You will arrange travel bookings for project members and use the internal safety system to record information
  • You will be coordinating internal meetings and follow up with expected attendees, you may also take meeting minutes
  • Personal Assistance to senior team leads may be required; credit card reconciliation, meeting coordination, diary assistance etc – excellent relationship building skills will be a key function of this role
  • This will be focusing on providing exceptional internal customer service to new and existing staff members, ensuring that all information is properly recorded and actioned as required
  • This role will be administrative and will allow for exposure to training and development materials, as well as the ability to learn from highly experienced experts in the industry
  • Full time hours, Monday – Friday with flexibility in start and finish times (between core business hours), with option to work from home
  • Birthday leave – have your birthday off every year!
  • Profit share twice a year!

To be successful in this role;

  • You should have 5+ years of experience in administration roles, ideally within a project environment; energy, mining, engineering, construction, architecture etc
  • You’re well versed in MS Suite, including the use of excel and word (advanced) – you should be technically savvy and able to learn new systems with ease
  • You’re confident in your ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Be a true people person, able to communicate with all levels of staff and discuss confidential and complex information
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be a proactive team player, with a solution focused mindset
