This role plays an integral part throughout the claims repair process, as you will be responsible for submitting the contracts, explaining them to the customers and assisting with any queries.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls to assist customers with any scope of repair enquiries
- Liaise with the insurers to ensure construction of repairs takes place within a satisfactory timeframe
- Promoting the company brand and selling the benefits of the insurance repair works
- Ensuring that contracts have been submitted to the customers and Insurer and returned back within the Service Level Agreements
- Explaining the benefits and importance of the contract to the customers
- Keeping the database updated with customer information
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in the Insurance or Construction Industry is required as you will need to understand the repair process
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, as you will be liaising with customers and stakeholders on a daily basis
- A high attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills as a high level of accurate data entry will be required
