Property and Contracts Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Property and Contracts Coordinator to join our team at John Flynn Private Hospital in this Permanent Part-Time opportunity.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic professional to join the administrative team at John Flynn Private Hospital. In this position you will be reporting to the Director of Finance and Support Services and will be responsible for undertaking the day-to-day coordination of John Flynn Private Hospital property matters, commercial leases and other contracts across the facility.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a highly customer focused professional with a conceptual understanding of compliance and systems used in private health care. You will have effective negotiation skills and the ability to work with external consultants, contractors and vendors.
You will also have;
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business or Commerce (Desirable not essential)
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Ability to show initiative and work independently without supervision
- Good computer skills and experience in MS Office programs

John Flynn Private Hospital is a 354 bed, acute care hospital located at Tugun, on the southern end of the Gold Coast. The hospital provides services to the population of the Gold Coast and the Tweed Coast extending into the NSW Northern Rivers area.
