Our integrated, talented and dedicated team delivers a personalised IQ BluePrint to our clients in the following areas:

  • Finance and Loan Structuring
  • Financial Planning 
  • Investment Planning
  • Accounting and Tax

About the Role:

We are looking for a warm, engaging individual with the ability to deliver an outstanding client experience to our VIP IQ BluePrint clients.  This role includes:

  • Managing client relationships through regular telephone contact to ensure a strong relationship is maintained
  • Database management and accurate information recording
  • Coordination with other departments within the Company including Finance, Taxation and Financial Planning, to provide positive solutions to client enquiries
  • Developing referral business through existing clients
  • Organising annual reviews for our clients in conjunction with the finance team to track progress of their personal IQ Blueprint
  • General administrative tasks including maintenance of client files

Attributes for the successful candidate for this key role:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a professional services sector such as banking, finance, accounting or financial planning industry
  • Strong client management and relationship building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment effectively and efficiently
  • Outstanding telephone manner with the ability to talk to clients with confidence
  • Warm, caring and friendly personality with a strong desire for positive outcomes
  • Experience in or a keen understanding of the financial services, banking, accounting, property or taxation industries would be an advantage
  • Proactive and organised with the ability to multitask
