About the Role
Use your exceptional administration and coordination skills to support an engaging, collaborative, and high performing team in this pivotal role with Construction Skills Queensland. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Industry Development and Capability, this role will see you engaging with all levels of the organisation as well as external industry stakeholders, as you provide support with database administration, reporting, events coordination, engagement support and project administration activities. This role would be well suited to a highly motivated administrator who thrives on variety and genuinely enjoys supporting a team.
  • Provide high level database administration, ensuring data integrity is maintained at all times
  • Coordination of business and engagement performance reporting
  • Schedule and coordinate large meetings, forums, and industry events
  • Support CSQ representation at public forums, conferences, trade shows and award nights
  • Assist with preparation of various presentations, reports, and professional documentation
  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to support opportunities for industry development and engagement
  • Provide general administration support to the industry engagement team
 Skills and Experience Required
  • Demonstrated experience in administration or team support within a dynamic work environment
  • Someone who is proactive and willing to learn, as there will be plenty of opportunity for you to help others across the business and take on new tasks
  • Ideally you will have strong technical capabilities and be comfortable working with various databases
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills – this role will see you engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support industry development activities
  • Flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities within the work environment
  • Engaged with the purpose and vision of CSQ, and potential for positive impact
