An exciting opportunity has become available for a Corporate Receptionist to join this highly successful organisation in Melbourne’s inner suburbs on an initial contractual basis with view to permanency. 

As the face of the business and first point of contact you will be representing the organisation immaculate presentation and strong interpersonal skills on both a written and verbal level 

Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Meeting and welcome clients, visitors and staff at reception 
  • Sorting mail
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them accordingly 
  • Filing, record keeping and data entry 
  • Daily office duties such as managing supplies in the kitchenette 
  • Stock & stationery orders
  • General office support to the team where required 
  • Organise catering for company meetings/functions

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong MS Office- Word formatting/Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethic
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
