We are looking for a highly adaptable and personable Office Manager to ensure the smooth, efficient running of our office facilities. We are targeting a well-organised administrative all-rounder to provide a great working environment for our team and provide exceptional customer service. The role will primarily focus upon front-of-house engagement, reception service, facilities coordination, and general upkeep/cleanliness of our office. It will also be highly varied and would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in the quality and efficiency of their work.

What you’ll do:

  • Providing exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, candidates and stakeholders
  • Ensure a clean and tidy office environment for guests and employees
  • Sort and distribute mail and organise couriers
  • Manage office stocks including stationery, kitchen supplies and uniforms
  • Take accurate meeting minutes
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage catering request for key meeting and office events
  • Assist with onboarding new team members to give them a great first impression, including management of uniforms
  • Assist with general administration tasks, as required

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a similar generalist administration, office coordination role in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Problem-solving and time management skills – you can think on your feet
  • A can do, positive attitude and passion for doing things right first time
  • Passion for providing a high standard of office facilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Team first, collaborative approach
  • Attention to detail
