Your new role – 

LX is looking for an engaging, friendly and well presented office superstar to join our expanding team! We are searching for someone who wants secure and full time work and who intends on becoming an integrated part of the team. This role would suit a highly organised, people person who thrives on variety and enjoys getting things done! 

As our Office and Client Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for delivering smooth as silk customer service by being helpful to all of our clients, partners and the LX team.

You will lead all of our office and client needs such as front-of-house operations – receiving clients and visitors, answering calls, taking messages, helping organise and support client and team meetings, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating couriers. Everyday will be slightly different and being able to adjust and jump in to the needs of the office and team is paramount.

An enthusiastic, go to person, you’ll think on your toes and be great at rolling up your sleeves on all sorts of challenges to support the team and directly impact the success and growth of LX. You are probably a really good problem solver so this stuff will be something you really get a kick out of too!

You’ll be IT savvy, comfortable with the Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite in getting your job done efficiently. 

In this role, you will own:

  • LX office appearance & management
  • Office management responsibilities (e.g., mail, supplies, messages, and couriers)
  • Client meeting & events support (Including boardroom prep, IT coordination, catering etc.) 
  • Front of house, receiving clients and visitors and answering calls professionally
  • Planning and organising LX team events and Christmas parties
  • Onboarding new team members and other HR support activities
