Due to an exciting phase of growth, Linkforce are currently seeking Mobilisation Administrators to join our Planning Team.
Based at our Perth Head Office and reporting to a Planning Team Lead, these permanent positions  are offered on a permanent basis working Monday to Friday.

What the role involves:
  • Being the first point of contact for the Planning department, which mobilises Linkforce personnel to a variety of different client sites and projects
  • Ensuring all incoming communication directed to the relevant team in a timely manner
  • Maintenance of workflows, inboxes, and allocated jobs
  • Liaising with site and staff via phone, text message and email
  • Booking and organising flights, travel, and accommodation for Linkforce personnel
  • Updating leave requests
  • Minute taking during team meetings
  • Working with a back-to-back Planning Mobilisation Administration
 
What’s required:
  • Experience in the mining industry is highly desirable but not essential
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including Excel
  • Administration experience showing attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A National Police Check
  • Australian work rights
  • A pre-employment medical
