We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator within the Learning and Development space, who has expertise in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) to make the move into a well-known NSW Government department! 

This role is based in Sydney CBD, however offers hybrid work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Room/venue booking, executing communications plans and organising catering for initiatives led by the Learning team 
  • Coordinate onsite training courses, including booking meeting rooms, printing, catering and facilitator communication
  • Ensure that initiative work within set budgets and deadlines 
  • Process invoices and payments, ensure vendors are paid per terms and record team spend
  • Administer registrations and enrolment processes via Learning Management System Pal (SuccessFactors)
  • Provide up to date, accurate reporting utilising LMS reporting tools 
  • Work collaboratively with other support staff and teams across the business
  • Promote learning initiatives within the business and provide up to date and accurate information through specific communication channels
  • Support and assist the with adhoc requests, learning activities and projects to ensure deliverables are met
You will need to:
  • Experience in a similar role is essential 
  • Experience in using Learning Management Systems is essential 
  • Experience in the Government sector would be beneficial
  • Candidates must be able to pass a full background check 
  • For this role, our client requires candidates to be double vaccinated for COVID19 unless they can’t due to a protected attribute, such as a medical condition
