Responsibilities 

Your main duties will be to facilitate and coordinate external resources and subcontractors to achieve maximum contract efficiency and company profitability, whilst adhering to high quality standards.

You will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to manage multiple streams of work and contacts. You should also possess excellent time management skills and an ability to be highly autonomous.

Ultimately, you should ensure all contractors and clients are operating
in a productive and integrated manner, to efficiently achieve desired
outcomes whilst maximising revenue streams and new opportunities.

Duties

• Liaise with Clients to measure and respond to satisfaction levels, whilst identifying further opportunities
• Visit client sites and liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Visit contractors to ensure engagement and compliance with company requirements
• Ensure all contractors are operating within client security and WHS guidelines
• Conduct contractor onboarding and departure procedures
• Conduct first level remediation activities
• Maintain company systems and physical and digital records
• Create internal reports as required
• Work collaboratively with staff to achieve desired company goals
• Undertake other duties as directed

Salary is $110,000 plus super
