Join our close-knit team and provide administrative, project and logistical support for the Melbourne office and broader Victorian Administration Team. You will be a self-starter, positive and flexible in your approach with excellent attention to detail. Working as part of the regional administration team in the Melbourne Office, this position has great variety and will see you:

  • Providing administration support as required to all staff including printing, mail and archiving services.
  • Coordination of all couriers and logistical services – local, interstate and International.
  • Management of office cleaning, premise contractors and maintenance and office moves.
  • Order and issue of staff access passes and management and allocation of onsite lockers
  • Management of all office amenities including printer and utilities areas, and kitchen/ tea point supplies.
  • Coordinate the supply and distribution of PPE 
  • Assist with coordination of GHD Melbourne office pool cars – bookings and servicing
  • Assisting the team leader and/or the reception team with support, when required.
  • General onsite administration tasks as required.

  • Experience in and enthusiasm for a similar role
  • A strong focus on customer service and delivering outcomes
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines
  • Safety focus mindset
  • Experience in MS Office suite
  • Ability to work both independently with limited supervision and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation.
