About the role
MinRes is offering an opportunity for an Asset Administrator to provide a centralized service to the Asset Management Group, ensuring streamlined administration support to key stakeholders. This role will be based at our Head Office in Osborne Park Working on an 8/6 roster on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Asset Administrator, you will be accountable for the processing, submitting and maintenance of, but not limited to:
- Site based AMG personnel timesheets
- Data entry for; asset movements, service meter units and tyre and rim metrics.
- roster maintenance
- purchase requisition and labour hire
- Warranty and claims
What you’ll bring to the team
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role in the mining industry
- Proficient with electronic ERP and database systems
- Strong MS office skills
- Self-motivated. able to work autonomously and provide direction to a small administration team
