SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIESE

  • Provide professional customer service
  • Ensure accuracy in data management and input
  • Liaise with varies parties on resolving customer concerns 
  • Proactively provide exceptional customer service to all customers 
  • Manage the relevant regulatory and compliance obligations
  • Be open to and forwardly bringing new ideas

 

PRE-REQUISITES

  • Strong customer focus 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prior office experience (preferred)
  • PR or Australian Citizen
