Office, Warehouse & Boutique assistant position

Based at beautiful Noosa, holster embodies an idyllic coastal lifestyle by designing shoes that are beautiful, sustainable, and wearable. We are looking for a new team member to assist with the day-to-day tasks in running our e-commerce store, wholesale business and Noosa boutique. This will be a casual position. 

Some of the duties may include [but are not limited to]: 

– Boutique: Sales, restock, merchandising 

– Online: Customer service, online store maintenance 

– Office: General admin/office duties as required 

– Wholesale: Sales, customer service, admin

– Warehouse: Assist with dispatch, restock and shipment unloads

– Samples: Assist with co-ordination of samples as required 

– Assist with any daily tasks as required 

Preferred Skills: 

– Positive, easy going personality 

– Strong customer service & sales skills

– Strong written and verbal skills and can-do attitude

– Familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook, Xero, DEAR, Shopify

– Ability to process, multi-task and manage time well 

– Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

– Understanding of fashion/footwear industry 

– Organised and reliable with can-do attitude 

– Strong attention to detail 

– Inventory experience 


– Noosa based offices 

– Footwear fashion industry experience

Due to seasonal demand the hours fluctuate, on average 18-30 hours per week.
