An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Administrator in our Projects team in the mid-Hunter Valley.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the project team to achieve expected outcomes.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively responding as the first point of contact for site
  • Meeting coordination, venue booking, minute taking and distribution
  • Database administration
  • Collect and compile information to prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence to support information flow across the project.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in organising and prioritising multiple tasks through to completion
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service to the project team
  • Hold exceptional interpersonal skills, along with advanced time management and computer skills.
  • Be an exceptional team member with a flexible can-do attitude and sound work ethic
  • Have intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A commitment to personal and process safety is a must.
  • Be able to develop and implement administration systems to support efficient reporting

Ideally, your background will include a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (or similar), high level computer literacy and experience in a similar administrative role. The ability to work in high pressure and ambiguous environments and maintain confidentiality with regards to tasks is essential. Exposure to SAP will be highly regarded.

This role is a 12-month fixed term position on a Monday to Friday dayshift roster.
