SouthEast Profiling provide road profiling services across Southeast Queensland for a variety of clients for over 10 years. We are a family business who take pride and passion in what we do to provide the upmost service to our clients and employees within the company. 

In this full-time role, you will provide administrative and customer service support around all clients of SouthEast Profiling. You will schedule and coordinate profiling works with existing and upcoming clients, whilst maintaining an accurate report of each weekly and monthly jobs. You will ideally have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, What’s App coupled with communication skills and are passionate about client satisfaction. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating multiple road profiling jobs
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Scheduling and coordinating works, ensuring they remain within the client’s satisfaction and timeframe
  • Approving job dockets for completed works
  • Accurately responding to enquiries and requests for information
  • Providing report updates on the shared company file


Selection Criteria: 

  • Experience in office administration and customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build positive relations with clients and employees
  • The ability to work to KPIs and service level requirements
  • Experienced computer skills with an ability to pick up in-house systems
  • Extraordinary work ethic with a willingness to work required office hours
