Our experience and knowledge provide turn-key project execution and maintenance has allowed TRA to service Blue Chip clients nationally. With the growth of the business and contractual requirement TRA has an opportunity for a strong Project Administrator who will be based at our Jandakot Head Office.  As an integral part of the team, you will be working with our Blue Chip clients and site operations on a day to day basis reporting to the Finance Business Partner.

About you:

  • Experience in using client management control system such as Track and Ariba is greatly desired;
  • Experience in project administration with deep understanding of mining sites operation;
  • Able to prioritise a high volume of work including daily timesheet entry and generating AR invoices; 
  • Experience in managing large volumes of data in a complex environment;
  • High level of attention to detail with strong data analysis skills;
  • Exceptional communication skills with clients and site managers;
  • Sound computer skills with MS Office and financial management systems/databases;  and
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
