About the Role
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for leading projects that vary in size from small to large scale, across a diverse cross-section of the Boyer Group’s portfolio
The core responsibilities include:
- Taking over existing projects, ensuring that you understand the objectives
- Planning, organising and carrying out new projects, including clearly defining project scope, timeframes and outcomes
- Preparation of project status reporting
- Identification and mitigation of project risks and roadblocks
About You
As a Project Coordinator, you will leverage your excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain exceptional relationships, and experience meeting hard deadlines to ensure that projects milestones are being met.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working within a project environment
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, which can be applied to maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and clearly communication project objectives
- A keen eye for detail, and a strong desire to keep learning
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, to be able to coordinate multiple projects concurrently
- You’ll be comfortable working in a hands on environment and have excellent communication & prioritisation skills
- The ability to thinking critically and problem solve, with autonomy, to navigate through the tricky or ambiguous aspects of a project
- Proven business acumen
- Experience in using the Microsoft Suite (Excel)
