WHAT WE NEED
We’re scouting a part time (12-16 hours per week) receptionist who preferably comes with a bounty of administration experience and competency to join our growing team at Life Ready Camberwell!
Administrative experience isn’t essential as we also love people who come from customer service and retail backgrounds too!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Life Ready receptionists provide the most amazing positive first point of contact for our patients and along with our managing partners, are responsible for the day-to-day running of our clinics.
In addition to the primary reception tasks that you’ll already be familiar with like greeting our patients with a smile, invoicing, billing, reconciliation, answering phone calls and queries, keeping a safe and clean work area and responding to emails, you’ll serve as the eyes and ears of our clinic and contribute to the overall performance of our team.
Don’t worry if you’re unsure of how the physiotherapy industry works… We’ll get you up to speed!
Salary wise, pending your experience levels, pay rates can range from a starting point of $24 – $27 per hour, with room to increase this pay rate as you take on more roles and responsibilities.
WHAT YOU NEED
The ideal superstar for the role will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and an impeccable attention to detail.
You’ll also need to be a multitask extraordinaire, have a bunch of initiative and a go-getting attitude to boot!
Though you will receive full Life Ready training and continued on-the-job support from our administration leaders, we need someone with:
- Strong previous administration experience (bonus points if you’ve had medical reception training) – including proven knowledge of POS, invoicing, banking and accounts management
- Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service
- Well developed interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent telephone and front line customer skills
- A creative spark to help drive and contribute ideas to the clinic and our social media platforms
- A desire to learn and grow and sculpt your administration career with Life Ready
- Full working rights in Australia
- Able to work Mornings, afternoons and/or evenings (strong preference for evening work)
