Friendly, professional, courteous, outgoing and a great eye for detail? Biosymm is looking for a permanent full-time receptionist, who comes with administration experience and a go-getting attitude! 

Our receptionists provide the most amazing, professional and positive first point of contact for our private and corporate clients and along with our management team, are responsible for the day-to-day running of our business, so in addition to the primary reception tasks you know and love, you’ll serve as the eyes and ears of our Belmont location and provide information and answer requests from our client network and teams.

The ideal superstar for the role will be a tech-savvy problem solver with excellent communication skills and an impeccable attention to detail. You’ll also need to be a multitask extraordinaire and have a bunch of initiative to see you through your administration career.

Though you will receive on-the-job support, we are chasing someone with:

✔️Previous administration experience

✔️A demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service

✔️Well developed interpersonal, organisational and time management skills

✔️Excellent telephone and front line customer skills

✔️A creative spark to help drive and contribute ideas to the clinic and our social media platforms

✔️Flexibility to work Biosymm operational hours (6am-6pm as rostered), Monday to Friday, including public holidays, plus some weekend coverage if required.
