About the Position

We are seeking to engage a Full Time Regional Administration Officer in our East Arnhem Community Services hub. You will possess excellent organisational skills, be responsible for providing professional, culturally respectful and friendly front of office reception and administration services at our community services hub in the East Arnhem Regional Office. You will have demonstrated skills in ICT, financial processes and in coordinating maintenance, usage and recordkeeping associated with equipment, facilities, assets and fleet vehicles.

To be successful in this role you will have a Certificate in Business/Administration or equivalent or willingness to obtain as well as demonstrated minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Have excellent people skills, a commitment to quality customer service along with a flexible, helpful and hardworking disposition.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
