Our firm seeks a professional and efficient candidate to support the partners and accountants in a role that is both office administration and reception.  The position is either part-time or full-time, at our Upper Mt Gravatt office  (1925 Logan Road).

 

You will become an integral part of our team and have varied duties:

  • General reception duties including greeting clients and answering telephones
  • Recording electronic & post office mail in and out
  • Management of calendars
  • Assisting in other administrative duties when workflow requires

 

The successful applicant will have the following skillset:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
