We are a manufacturing company located in Wangara, that is seeking a highly motivated, well organised individual with a background in accounting, inventory and administrative duties. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys a varied role in a supportive team environment.
PA to the Managing Director
Weekly Payroll and Providing Payroll Backup support
GST/BAS, PAYG, Superannuation
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Functions
Assisting in Inventory Management
General Ledger Journal entries
Providing administrative support to the team as required
Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills
Display a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Solid understanding of accounting concepts
Payroll knowledge with a minimum of 10 years’ work experience in an accounting and administration office
Knowledge of Pronto would be advantageous but not essential
