About the role

This role involves assisting the Owners Corporation Managers in a part-time position with the below key responsibilities. 

For this role you need:

  • Attention to detail is a must and ability to work under pressure
  • Have strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong ability to multitask and work independently
  • Ready to jump in and lend a hand whenever needed
  • Professional, mature attitude, consistent attendance, dependable and punctual
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must
  • Confident to communicate directly to clients or other service providers (via email and phone calls) 
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar Admin role
  • Ability to work-well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Outlook 
  • Experience in using Strata Master / File Smart is desired but not essential

Job Descriptions/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Owners Corporation Managers 
  • Data entry and general admin work
  • Issuing of quote requests to suppliers
  • Issuing of work orders to suppliers
  • A willingness to grow and develop with the role
  • General administrative tasks including organizing of quotes, reports, correspondence and data entry
  • Correspond with owners and contractors and attend to all maintenance needs including follow up and approval of quotes
  • Prepare budgets & meeting notices
  • General admin duties to assist the team as required.
  • Answering general incoming calls and email enquiries 
  • Correspond with owners and contractors and attend to all maintenance needs including follow up and approval of quotes
  • Data entry and general admin work
  • Issuing of quote requests to suppliers

  • Other duties as required
