Work within the busy Pre-Site Customer Support team and hold the hand of our customers through the pre build process and work with Sales, Drafting, Estimating, and Permits to get them to site.

Be the first point of contact and manage the customer’s experience by driving the jobs through the production process.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing customer pre-site files and continuously providing updates
  • Address any queries confidently
  • Prepare and follow up on the relevant documentation
  • Support our customers through the pre-site phase and ensure consistent communication and customers understanding of the journey
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details; and
  • Ensure customers are proactively communicated to within nominated timeframes.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in a customer service role is required
  • Be able to interpret building plans and contracts or built or renovated a home would be an advantage
  • A positive attitude and team player disposition
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must have an administrative or customer service focused background.

This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
