At an exciting time in the organisation’s history, the role of Finance Manager is available for a suitably qualified and experienced leader to support the ongoing management of EllieB’s, now and into the future. 

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working alongside the consulting Chief Financial Officer and Finance Committee, the Finance Manager will provide support to, and manage the performance of, a diverse team of accountants and plan managers; oversee AP/AR, contracts, service agreements and month- and year-end, Board and ACNC reporting; process payroll, prepare quotes, conduct cost analysis and complete weekly invoicing, as well as have oversight of insurance, fleet and pricing schedules.

Key to your success in this role will be your well-developed leadership skills enabling you to foster a culture of high-performance, collaboration and cohesion. Possessing excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills, you will be naturally friendly and positive in your demeanour, yet highly driven and adaptable in your approach to work, engendering the trust and respect of those with whom you work.

Supporting your personal attributes, it is expected that you will hold a tertiary qualification in Accounting or Commerce, as well as demonstrable experience in a similar role. Experience from within the NDIS sector is favourable, and a competitive remuneration package is on offer for the appointee.
