An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as an Accounts Officer.

The position’s primary responsibilities are:

  • Collect and verify employee timesheets for the payroll officer
  • Manage accounts receivable: – process account applications, client invoice generation and collection of outstanding receivables.
  • Support with account reconciliations (Xero)
  • Provide reports on staff productivity and revenue forecasting.
  • Management of business insurances, client purchase orders
  • Work cooperatively with the book keeping team
  • Generate Financial Reports from Xero
  • Handling customers’ phone or emailed enquiries regarding invoicing in a prompt and courteous manner
  • General Administrative duties

Technical Competency Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Accounting.
  • Driver’s license
  • Advanced User of Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Advanced User of Windows/Xero
  • Confident user of Workflow Max/Scheduling Software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in project management software(Nice to have)
  • IT Data Analytics (Nice to have)
