We have an opportunity now available for a Franchise Business Consultant, to join our team on a full-time basis. The Role reports directly to the Operations Team Leader and ultimately the Director of Operations, you will guide and support your portfolio of Franchisees to ensure they meet and exceed the Subway® standards of service, operations and quality. 

 You will be strongly aligned to our values of being bold, empowered, accountable and fun! 

To be successful in your new role you will have:

  • Someone who enjoys achieving predetermined KPI’s;
  • Great understanding of Food Safety;
  • A strong work ethic with high standards of presentation and service;
  • A strong communicator who adapts to challenging deadlines and ‘makes it happen’;
  • Embeds a culture that feels like a family built on a foundation of genuine appreciation, pride and integrity;
  • Exceptional influencing, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

 A breakdown of your core responsibilities includes:

  • Mentoring, coaching and providing consistent operational guidance and direction to our Restaurant Managers / Franchisees;
  • Positively impacting a range of operational initiatives;
  • Analysing the strengths and weaknesses of each restaurant in your portfolio and working with the franchise partner to achieve continued growth, sales and profitability;
  • Assisting your Franchisee’s to develop and execute local restaurant marketing initiatives;
  • Implementing operating methods, systems and procedures as and when required;
  • A sound understanding of financial acumen;
  • Prepared to travel intrastate and interstate as required based on a monthly schedule.
