Critical responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests
- Warmly welcome & serve our guests
- Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
- Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
- Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
- Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
- Use of POS system
- Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies.
- Ensuring all service areas are immaculate
- Promoting safety and support WHS practices
Successful Candidates will have:
- Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Barista skills advantageous
- Beverage knowledge desirable
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
