Your day to day responsibilities:
- Assist in leading, managing and monitoring your team on a day to day basis
- Adhere to daily procedures for opening & closing the restaurant
- Continually maintain high production, productivity and customer-service standards
- Following & ensuring company policies are implemented
- Handling guest feedback
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a similar role is desirable, however this position would suit a senior waiter looking to progress into the next stage of their career
- The ability to work a rotating 5 – day roster
- Great leadership qualities along with the ability to inspire, train and develop the team
- Exceptional communication skills with employees and customers
- Ability to drive a service excellence with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of operations within a restaurant environment
