With a long legacy of providing first class accommodation to business travellers, excited tourists an energetic sports fans, the hotel has just completed a sophisticated renovation.

The role

An amazing opportunity has become available for a dynamic and experienced Conference & Events Supervisor to join our team. You will have exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment. 

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising of staff whilst on shift
  • Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment
  • Be actively involved in the day to day Events operations of the event spaces 
  • Service and set up of assigned events
  • Ordering and stock control, movement of stock
  • Stocktaking and controls of beverage throughout the hotel
  • Ensure operations are in accordance with its Liquor License
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements guests

  • Must be able to work full time, across a flexible 7-day roster 
  • Ability to create new, innovating ideas and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ability to influence others to adopt new and different concepts and ideas
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle increase in workload during peak times
