At SIPS Industries we specialize in floor, wall and roof insulated panel supply and installation for all Type C construction applications including Residential, Commercial and Industrial. Our values are teamwork, innovation, enjoyment and empowerment.   

Our small office is seeking a motivated and skilled accounts and administration assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment, to join our team. Building strong client relationships and overseeing general office, accounts and sales administration, this role assumes responsibility for the smooth running of the office and includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accurate data entry in accounting software
  • Assisting with sales administration, quoting, and maintaining CRM
  • General office-based tasks as required.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met
  • Managing customer requests, including answering the telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner
  • Timesheets data entry
  • MYOB processing and payroll
  • Other general administration duties as requested by the General Manager

We are looking for an applicant who is a self-starter, willing to learn about the building industry and is an admin legend.  To be considered for this role you will:

  • Be a highly effective communicator with a client focused mindset
  • Be able to confidently talk with clients 
  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Have excellent administration skills and ability to task switch effortlessly
  • Be able to multi-task and work autonomously
  • Have attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude
  • MYOB and payroll experience would be advantageous
