Great opportunity to join an established but growing team in the legal services industry.
Duties include:
- Reconciliation of Trust Accounts
- Assisting with accounting and billing
- Daily reconciliation of general bank account
- Oversight and top up of general expense account
- Payment of third-party suppliers
- Processing of client disbursements from expense charge card
- General full function accounting resource where possible
- Extra points give for candidates who can:
- Manage the practice Trust Accounts, receipts & transfers
- Preparation & presentation of all information relating to the Trust Account for audit by external auditors and the Queensland Law Society
