Your team:

The Finance & Fund Services Team (F&FS) is a key supporting business unit in CFS. It compromises five teams and approximately 300 colleagues. This role works in a small team accountable for delivering strong customer service to CFS employees and third party suppliers. You will have a can-do approach to problem solving and continuous improvement mindset. You require high attention to detail and an exceptional customer service ethos providing timely responses to queries.

Your responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable / Receivable works closely with Senior Manager Finance Operations and your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Timely processing of the AP / AR deliverables, including and not limited to processing payments such as Transitional Services Agreement (TSA), international invoices, fund payments not processed through Funds Management System (FMS), ad-hoc payments unable to be paid by the business (ie Oracle workflow)
  • Credit card management including administration of CCM portal, issuing and closing new credit cards.
  • Ensure timely responses to the business and supplier enquiries
  • Tight engagement with Treasury team to ensure payments are within cash management strategy
  • Performing bank reconciliations (frequency to be determined)
  • Work within a team seeks to improve efficiencies by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate where possible

Your capability and experience:

  • Proven experience in providing empathy and exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable function
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
  • Ability to use multiple systems and understand complex information.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail, identifying areas risk and implementing effective controls.
