As the business grows, so must the individuals who make the magic happen (i.e. the team!). We are looking for a dynamic Full -Time Administration and Retail Assistant to join the Noosa-Cooroy-Gympie Team.
Reporting to the Franchise Partners, this is a fabulous opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team within a busy organisation. Key functions of our Administration and Retail role includes:
- Client Invoicing, Quoting and Correspondence
- General admin tasks
- Retail Customer Service
- Analysing and Interpreting Water Test Samples
- Stock receival, rotation and control, including undertaking rotational stocktakes
- Shop presentation including Monthly rotation of displays, merchandising and cleanliness
- Coordination of stock for Clientele and Technicians
The job will include Client service invoicing, quoting and correspondence, along with operation of a Retail store across the 3 locations, serving Clientele, cleaning, stocking of shelves, merchandising the store, printing and coordination of stock for Clientele and Technicians. There will be ongoing training on and off site, including some out of normal work hours.
