Utchee Refrigerated Transport is an interstate transport company running fresh produce between Brisbane and Adelaide. We are looking for an admin all rounder to join our team on a casual basis.
Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat | Flexible Start time (4hours per day)
Duties Include:
- Manifest data entry / Consignment Note Entry
- Data entry – Accounts/Workshop/Compliance
- Answering incoming calls
- General Housekeeping and Office Tidy
- General admin duties where required
What you need to be successful:
- Happy to be hands on, take control and fill the gap when needed.
- Experience in Transport Manifesting / Pallets
- Confidence in answering calls and handling pressure.
- Experience in MS Office suite including Outlook
- Experience in using Translogix – bonus not a necessity.
- Clerical Award Level 2
- Casual – 20 hours/week
- Flexible in start time – 4hours per shift
We are looking for someone who can be hands on and no afraid to step in and assist in any area of the administration. Having confidence in dealing with customers is a must!
