We are currently seeking a Full time permanent Change Consultant to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.


The role 

Reporting to the Manager People & Performance, we are seeking a Change Consultant who can bring their skills and experience to:

  • Provide strategic advice to the organisation on managing change
  • Provide internal consulting support to assist in the implementation of major change initiatives to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Mentor and develop our internal change champion working group

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree qualification in an area related to change management or equivalent specialised experience along with extensive experience in change management or related activities
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in providing reliable and professional advice to management at all levels in relation to change management or similar area
  • Change management certification in PROSCI or equivalent methodology
  • Demonstrated experience working at a senior level in organisations
