About You

As someone who can present at any level, you have the ability to present at a weekly Monday meeting or a board level presentation and you have the ability to inspire people to go in the right direction.

About the Role

Reporting into the CEO and working closely with the CFO and Executive team, you will;
  • Build an operational spine through the business utilising existing and additional personnel
  • Understand current operational capabilities and identify gaps with a prioritised plan to fill them
  • Manage risks and driving OHS program through the risk committee (with the support of external OHS consultant)
  • Partner with the CEO on all operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations to the CEO based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
  • Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the senior management team and oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with our clients strategic plan.
  • Oversee budgeting, and the implementation of budgets, so as to monitor progress and present operational metrics both internally and externally.
