About the Firm

Duties
This role has come available to due retirement of a long-term team member and you will be assisting with: 
  • Preparation, review, and lodgement of Company Annual returns using CAS360
  • Attending to business name registrations and renewals
  • Attending to setup and documentation of new companies and trusts in conjunction with managers and directors
  • Application for tax file numbers, ABN’s, PAYG withholding, GST and any other applicable registrations
  • Invoicing of clients and database management using MYOB AE
  • Attending to Debtors management
  • Providing support to the directors, managers, practice manager and assist with general administrative services.
 About You 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Professional services experience will be considered however accounting is beneficial
  • Good working knowledge of:
    • BGL suite of products specifically CAS 360 corporate system and its integration with Simple Fund 360
    • MYOB AE/MYOB/CCH Portal and various cloud storage programs
    • Word
    • Excel
  • Corporate presentation and professional communication skills
  • Strong writing, formatting and communication skills, with well-developed written expression and grammar and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Strong, professional team player who is enthusiastic and enjoys a challenge.
  • Willingness to learn and enhance skills
