A little bit about you:

You will answer and respond to all enquiries from customer (via phone, email or webchat) to provide information on products, financial models and other enquires with a focus on providing exceptional customer service, qualifying leads and arranging appointments for consultants. You will have an outbound focus to support Sales and Marketing activities. Your curiosity to deliver an amazing level of service, will ensure you are deeply intrenched with the activities and progress of the community projects. 

Your days will involve a little bit of this and that:

  • Demonstrate a passionate commitment to the Lifestyle Communities brand and values and communicates with passion and clarity
  • Proactively look to find solutions to ensure an amazing experience with Lifestyle Communities
  • Follow through on customer enquiries, requests or complaints and keep customers updated about progress of projects or services
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of the industry and its competitors – is externally focused
  • Answer inbound calls relating to sales enquiries with the intention of booking appointments
  • Focus on outbound calls to potential customers who have already enquired (Warm calling)
  • Provide high level product knowledge and information to potential customers
  • Accurately answer questions about product details and the financial model of Lifestyle Communities
  • Handle enquiries on webchat in a professional and timely manner
  • Find suitable solutions to the enquiries by using suitable resources
  • Enter new customer information into database
  • Manage and update customer information and notes on Runway to ensure that it is always up to date
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers, staff and homeowners
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and with people from all walks of life
  • Gains the respect of the team by the excellence of your work
  • As part of the wider sales team, you are required to participate in sales events, development days and other team activities.
