Customer Care Consultant
Recruitment Vision is currently seeking driven and passionate Customer Care Consultants to join a fun and dynamic city-based contact centre. Your role will play a crucial part in delivering our clients purpose which is to create ‘New ways to make people’s lives easier’ through their salary packaging and novated leasing.
This role offers both phone based and administrative tasks that will need to be completed and as the clients first point of contact you will provide an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
The Role:
- Providing world class customer service
- Answering all inbound enquiries from both existing and potential clients
- Troubleshoot customers problems
- Answer between 25 to 30 calls a day
- Educate the client base on benefits of the service offered
- Perform all administrative tasks required on a daily basis
- Time off the phone to complete admin tasks without distraction
