Working on behalf of a well-known transport and Logistics brand which builds unique, innovative, and tailored transport and logistics solutions across an unrivalled and expansive network throughout Australia and New Zealand, you will be a part of their journey as they enter into a new and exciting chapter. 

Our client is bringing their Shared Services department onshore to Australia to bring them closer to their customers to enable an exceptional customer experience. Be part of a new team that will deliver a new customer-first experience, which will see you engaging with clients (B2B) in real conversations with the ownership to resolve the call.

You are a confident communicator, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your customer-first approach. You’ll be receptive to different personalities, and use varied approaches in your interactions with people to negotiate and handle objections. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating directly with business clients to help with any queries and resolve outstanding balances owed. Success for us is all about working together with our customers to find the best solution.

  • Positions commencing 18th July 
  • Operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm – No weekend work!
  • Post Training  – Hybrid work model
  • Location: Caulfield North
